What is your primary product or service?
We are a professional carpet cleaning company. That can provide Tile & Grout cleaning, water & flood extraction and more. We provide 24 hour emergency service.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I started as a teenager cleaning carpets with my uncle company. Once I was finished up with college. I went into marketing and I was able to gain a very large carpet cleaning company as a client and then I learned even more about the business. As a marketing person I helped grow a globe carpet cleaning company through advertising them and learning the machines they sold.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Offshore Carpet Cleaning Provides quality work with eco friendly solutions. We are not the fast moving in & out company we give our clients good quality work and explain the methods of cleaning accidents that may happen from children & pets. We want our clients to have knowledge on there flooring and most of all we want to keep them happy. We pride ourselves on doing the best job possible.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
At this time Offshore Carpet Cleaning has one location, But our goal is to expand in the next year or so. We understand business is about cost, quality of work and listening to our clients. We respect our clients and understand they have many company's to choose from we will not rush a job & we will stand by our work.
