The Colonial Inn has been in business for over 8 years . Historic Smithville were we are located has been around for over 60 years.

II am in the people business I have always enjoyed the customer service industry. I understand the value of time away and how hard it is to come by. I treasure the opportunity to enhance the guests stay and to provide a retreat from the craziness of every day life.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Our location, the quaint town of Historic Smithville combined with our attention to detail! Once you arrive to our Inn there is no reason to get back in your car. We have 4 restaurants, a winery, quaint shoppes and they are all walking distance from your front door.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have 27 rooms located all throughout Historic Smithville. We are expanding and adding rooms every day.

The front desk is open each day from 7am - 7pm. We are open every day with the exception of Christmas.
